Our spring 2011 auction should prove to be another truly interesting sale. We have been honored with various coll. or portions thereof from all over North America incl. Phase I of the renowned Dr. Ed Lewis Coll. of rare Volcanics and Win rifles; the fine Marlin coll. of George Peters; the lifelong coll. of the late Fred
McDonald of Houston, Texas, a portion of the Dr. Leonard Goldfarb coll.; the remainder of the Jay Huber Remington coll.; a superb single owner coll. of rare Belgian Brownings, fine arms from the Walker Inman Trust; as well as a small sampling of choice sporting guns from the estate of the esteemed Robert Peter-sen coll. Numerous recent discoveries incl. the immortal Ernest Hemingway Westley Richards .577NE double rifle; a fabulous offering of Wins from a single owner; and a spectacular offering of Colt Revolvers from an old time Colt collector. The Michael Gingher coll. of Hall rifles incl. an extremely rare sporting example.

Colts incl. a rare Walker A-Co. #119, the finest fully marked pinch frame SAA known (1 of only 2 known with orig. shoulder stock). a cased 1862 London Police-literally brand new, possibly the finest London marked Colt 1855 rifle, cased with accessories.

rare and extraordinary set of three gold inlaid Colts engr. by Kornbrath formerly owned by President Alvar of Argentina (only 16 first gen SAAs were ever gold inlaid), a minty plated NY engr. SAA, historic Tombstone, AZ documented holster and SAA bearing the mark of Samuel L. Hart, gun dealer in Tombstone at the time of the gun fight at O.K. Corral. A stellar offering of Volcanic and Win. rifles, likely the largest & finest offering of Volcanics ever sold at auction. Many from the Dr. Ed Lewis coll., which will be featured in his forthcoming book on Volcanic arms. Incl. is a magnificent factory silver plated and engr. 25” Volcanic carbine in original wood pres. case (the only one known to exist).
